Basketball Recap: Myrtle Takes a Loss

Myrtle and Baldwyn squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Myrtle had to settle for second. They took a 48-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bearcats. The Hawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Bearcats from their previous meeting back in January of 2020.

Myrtle now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Baldwyn, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Myrtle nor Baldwyn have any future games scheduled.
