Basketball Recap: Homer Takes a Loss

Homer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 50-43 to the Arcadia Hornets. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pelicans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-43 back in January.

Homer's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Arcadia, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

While Homer had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
