Eastgate Life Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They blew past the Mountain Area Christian Academy Lions, posting a 59-28 victory. The win continues a trend for Eastgate Life Academy in their matchups with Mountain Area Christian Academy: they've now won four in a row.

Eastgate Life Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Trey Harbins, who went 5-for-10 en route to 15 points. Those 15 points gave Harbins a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Grayson Mayfield, who almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Looking ahead, Eastgate Life Academy will square off against Friendship Christian at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mountain Area Christian Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Philadelphia Christian School at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th.
