On Friday, the Wauneta-Palisade Broncos humbled the Creek Valley Storm with a 60-12 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncos.

Wauneta-Palisade found their leader in freshman Kamryn Fanning, who went 9 for 17 on her way to 20 points and seven steals. Mesa Cox was another key player, putting up eight points along with nine assists and five steals.

Wauneta-Palisade was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Creek Valley only posted five assists.

Wauneta-Palisade's win bumped their record up to 2-0.
