Softball Recap: Dock Mennonite Pioneers vs. Delaware County Christian Knights
Dock Mennonite got themselves on the board against Delaware County Christian on Monday, but Delaware County Christian never followed suit. They blew past the Delaware County Christian Knights 16-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Dock Mennonite.
Dock Mennonite now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Delaware County Christian, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Dock Mennonite will take on Bristol at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Bristol knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy run totals in its past five games -- so hopefully Dock Mennonite likes a good challenge. As for Delaware County Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge MAST Community Charter at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
