Volleyball Recap: Kenosha Tremper Takes a Loss

Kenosha Tremper was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Indian Trail Hawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Kenosha Tremper was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-19, 25-14.

Taryn Gomez was the offensive standout of the game as she had four digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Kenosha Tremper's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Indian Trail, their victory was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kenosha Tremper will welcome Kenosha Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Indian Trail and Racine Case will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
