After losing to Colquitt County the last time they met, Valdosta decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wildcats came out on top against the Packers by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Valdosta not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Colquitt County between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16.

Jaidah Evans paced Valdosta's offense, picking up eight kills. Evans got some help from Souad Dennis and her nine assists. Peyton Deal controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
