Volleyball Recap: Hondo Owls vs. Dilley Wolves        
        
		
             Hondo's game  last Friday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Tuesday. They blew past the Dilley Wolves 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Owls also won the last time the pair played  on October 4th.
 The  3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hondo was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14,  25-11.
  Carynn Jacobs had an outrageously good game as she  had 13  kills and four  aces. That's the most  aces  she has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of  Araceli Fernandez, who  had ten  digs.
 Hondo has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 30-8 record  this season. As for Dilley, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost 12 of their last 16 matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 13-20 record  this season.
 As of now, neither Hondo nor Dilley have any future games scheduled.
