Cornerstone Christian had won four straight games and Kaylee Galyon did her part to make it five on Saturday. Cornerstone Christian came out on top against Calvin Christian by a score of 2-0 for which the team can thank Galyon, who had 24 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

While Cornerstone Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-22.

Despite the defeat, Calvin Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kaidance Katje had four digs and two aces.
