Recap: Onalaska Wildcats vs. Tarkington Longhorns
Make it 13 blowout wins for the Onalaska Wildcats this season. They blew past Tarkington 56-34. The victory was nothing new for Onalaska as they're now sitting on four straight.
Onalaska got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Alora Pinkert out in front who scored 16 points. Mary Joy Cariaga was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Onalaska is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 17 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-13 record this season. As for Tarkington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Onalaska will take on the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Crockett is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Tarkington, they will stay at home for another game and welcome the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on February 2nd. Trinity is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
