Madawaska put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 62-49 win over the Hodgdon Hawks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-49 back in December of 2024.

Madawaska's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.4 points per game. As for Hodgdon, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 14-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Madawaska will welcome Ashland at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hodgdon, they will face off against Central Aroostook at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
