Basketball Recap: Quitman County Hornets vs. Miller County Pirates
Quitman County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost an 87-83 heartbreaker at the hands of the Miller County Pirates. Even if the Hornets couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.
