Basketball Recap: Klawock Takes a Loss

Klawock was the 47-26 winner over Skagway when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Klawock Chieftains took a 53-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Skagway Panthers. The Chieftains have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Klawock's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Skagway, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Klawock nor Skagway have any future games scheduled.
