Basketball Recap: Delta Streets Academy Comes Up Short

Delta Streets Academy and Central Hinds Academy squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Delta Streets Academy had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 64-33 loss at the hands of the Central Hinds Academy Cougars.

Delta Streets Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 21-12. As for Central Hinds Academy, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 26-10.

Delta Streets Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 56-53 loss against Marshall Academy on the 15th. Central Hinds Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
