Football Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lincoln's last matchup with Madison could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Friday. The Abes had to suffer through a 50-8 loss at the hands of the Eagles. The Abes lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 8-6 score last time.

Dacari Brooks threw for 129 yards and one TD. Aaden Kindle was his top target, picking up 125 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Jejuan Jones rushed for 51 yards.

Lincoln is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3. As for Madison, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will host Clawson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Abes will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Madison, they will welcome New Haven at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
