Volleyball Game Preview: Browne Bruins vs. Camelback Spartans

Browne and Camelback are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Bruins will welcome the Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Browne will be strutting in after a victory while Camelback will be coming in after a loss.

Browne took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Kofa with a sharp 3-0 win.

Browne never let Kofa on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-7, 26-24, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Camelback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Cesar Chavez.

The victory got Browne back to even at 5-5. As for Camelback, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

Browne took their win against Camelback in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Bruins repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
