Softball Recap: Greenleaf Friends Academy Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last five games, Greenleaf Friends Academy finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They lost 19-0 to the Glenns Ferry Pilots. The match marked the first time this year in which the Grizzlies were not able to get on the board.

Greenleaf Friends Academy's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Glenns Ferry, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

Coming up, Greenleaf Friends Academy will be playing at home against Garden Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Glenns Ferry, they will take on Genesee at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
