Soccer Game Preview: Hubbard vs. Juarez

The Hubbard Greyhounds will take on the Juarez Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Hubbard's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Lindblom.

Meanwhile, Juarez waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Wildcats 9-0. Jazmine Palafox-Benitez was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Juarez's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-3. As for Hubbard, their win bumped their record up to 4-1-1.

Hubbard beat Juarez by a goal in their previous meeting back in April of 2018, winning 2-1. Will the Greyhounds repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
