Basketball Recap: Crismon Finds Home Court Redemption Against Poston Butte

There's no place like home for Crismon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 49-39 win over the Poston Butte Broncos on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Rattlers: when they faced off against the Broncos back in January, they had to take a 48-29 loss.

Despite the defeat, Poston Butte saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ameera Rivera posted seven points along with six boards and four steals. The dominant performance gave Rivera a new career-high in steals.

Crismon's victory bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Poston Butte, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
