Soccer Recap: Lakeview Academy Takes a Loss

Lakeview Academy and Terrell Academy squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Lakeview Academy had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Eagles. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Lakeview Academy's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Lakeview Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Terrell Academy, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Lakeview Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Terrell Academy, they will challenge Frederica Academy on Friday. Frederica Academy will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Terrell Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
