It's playoff time, and Miami Country Day had no trouble coming through when it counted. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Scheck Hillel Community School Lions 88-49. The Spartans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Miami Country Day's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Daltyn Simon, who went 6 of 7 en route to 12 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. That's the most steals Simon has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Chaim Galbut, who posted nine points and six rebounds.

The victory made it two in a row for Miami Country Day and bumps their season record up to 18-6. As for Scheck Hillel Community School, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

Miami Country Day will face off against Hialeah Educational Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Miami Country Day's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 contests. Scheck Hillel Community School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
