Derek Dunham leads a balanced attack to beat Sequim

Recap: North Mason Bulldogs vs. Sequim Wolves

The North Mason Bulldogs had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They skirted past Sequim 64-61. The victory was just what North Mason needed coming off of a 90-52 loss in their prior game.

North Mason's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Derek Dunham, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dunham has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Littrean, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds.

North Mason's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10. As for Sequim, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Mason will take on Olympic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sequim, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kingston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
