Volleyball Recap: Goshen Find Success

The Goshen Warriors beat the Purcell Marian Cavaliers 2-0 on Saturday.

Goshen found their leader in freshman Emma Ulrey, who had six digs and three aces.

Goshen was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Goshen's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Purcell Marian, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Goshen will venture away from home to challenge Batavia at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Purcell Marian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Mercy McAuley on the 23rd.
