Basketball Recap: Transit Tech Comes Up Short

After flying high against Robeson Business Tech on Tuesday, Transit Tech came back down to earth. The Express fell just short of the Bedford Academy Panthers by a score of 68-65 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Express have suffered since December 5, 2025.

Transit Tech dropped their record down to 13-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Bedford Academy, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-6.

Coincidentally, Transit Tech and Bedford Academy will both be playing Brooklyn Law & Tech the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Jets at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Express will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
