Football Game Recap: West Carroll vs. South Fulton

After soaring to 54 points the game before, South Fulton faltered in their contest on Thursday. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 8-42 walloping at West Carroll's hands. The state rankings had actually given South Fulton a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more. The game pushed South Fulton down to 2-7 and pulled West Carroll up to the reverse at 7-2.

The teams are both focusing on improving their conference standings in their upcoming contests. Next week South Fulton will take on Gleason at 7:00 PM. Gleason are limping into the match on a seven-game losing streak. West Carroll will take on Greenfield at home at 7:00 PM. West Carroll will be strutting in after a win while Greenfield will be stumbling in from a loss.
