Basketball Recap: Bremen Takes a Loss

Bremen was the 37-33 winner over Westmont when they last played one another back in November of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Braves came up short against the Sentinels on Saturday, falling 40-14.

Among those leading the charge was Kaitlynn Hoover, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Daskalov, who put up nine points.

Bremen's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Westmont, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Bremen will take on Herscher at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Westmont, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Chicago Christian at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
