Basketball Recap: Sierra Canyon's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

After flying high against St. Paul on Wednesday, Sierra Canyon came back down to earth. The Trailblazers took a 57-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bishop McNamara Mustangs on Saturday. The contest marked the Trailblazers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sierra Canyon fell to 5-1. As for Bishop McNamara, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sierra Canyon will take on Rancho Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bishop McNamara, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Annapolis Area Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
