Meanwhile, Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Bull Dogs as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by eight runs or more this season.

Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-5. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Taylor Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 16-9.

Taylor Prep was able to grind out a solid win over Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit in their previous meeting back in April, winning 5-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
