Baseball Recap: Treynor Takes a Loss

After flying high against Red Oak on Tuesday, Treynor came back down to earth. The Cardinals came up short against the Underwood Eagles on Saturday, falling 7-1. The Cardinals have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Treynor's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Underwood, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-2.

Treynor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Underwood, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Tri-Center.
