While Mid-Carolina's win against Batesburg-Leesville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rebels narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Panthers 1-0. Mid-Carolina's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last five contests.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Marley Long, who's now up to 20 this season.
