Josiah Jones produced his best game of the campaign on Thursday: he scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. As if that's not impressive enough, the matchup was his sixth in a row with one or more stolen bases. On the year, he has been strong no matter where he plays. On the mound, he has an ERA of 3.23 over 8.7 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat he has slashed 0.600/0.714/0.800 with 11 runs, plus 12 stolen bases.

Coming up, Jones and Antioch Christian Academy will host Mintz Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Gators have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since April of 2018, but a win here would be a good start.
