It was a good run, but Rahway unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 47-30 bruising from the Hanover Park Hornets. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 241st, while the Hornets are ranked 107th).

Rahway's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Hanover Park, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Rahway has already played their next match (against Union), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hanover Park will face off against Academy of St. Elizabeth at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
