Volleyball Recap: Robertsdale Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Robertsdale was the 2-1 winner over Faith Academy when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Golden Bears fell 3-1 to the Rams on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 23-25, 25-23, 25-22.

Olivia Foy paced Robertsdale's offense, picking up 11 kills. Foy got some help from Lola Mosley and her 22 assists. Finally, Mosley was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Faith Academy can attribute much of their success to Chloe Duggan, who had 14 assists and five digs. Another player making a difference was Kyleigh Grosz, who had ten digs and two assists.

Robertsdale's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Faith Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Robertsdale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Fairhope on the 18th. As for Faith Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against UMS-Wright Prep on the 18th.
