Soccer Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Kimball Knights. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 9-2 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kimball, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Madison on the 7th. As for Kimball, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Pinkston on the 7th.
