The Griffins will head out to face off against the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. Glendale Prep Academy will be strutting in after a victory while Mountainside will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, Glendale Prep Academy got the win against Mohave Accelerated by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Griffins.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Glendale Prep Academy was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-8, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Mountainside lost 3-0 to Highland Prep West on Wednesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-16.

Mountainside's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Glendale Prep Academy, their win bumped their record up to 12-6.

Glendale Prep Academy took their victory against Mountainside in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Griffins since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
