Recap: South Panola Tigers vs. Lake Cormorant        
        
		
            
 The South Panola Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their tenth straight loss. They received a tough blow  as they fell  60-45 to Lake Cormorant. South Panola has not had much luck with Lake Cormorant recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
 Several Tigers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Demartric Houston, who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and ten  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Cameron Griffin, who  scored nine points along with six  rebounds.
 Even though they lost, South Panola  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 11  offensive rebounds. This was only their 12th loss (out of 14 games) when  they hit their own glass that hard.
 South Panola dropped their record down to 2-15 with that  defeat, which was their ninth straight  at home. As for Lake Cormorant, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven games,  which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
 Coincidentally,  both teams will both be playing Grenada the next time they take the court. Lake Cormorant will head out to face Grenada at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday, while South Panola will  host them  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
