Morgantown has gone a perfect 10-0 against Preston recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Morgantown Mohigans will square off against the Preston Knights at 7:00 p.m. Morgantown knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Preston likes a good challenge.

Morgantown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: George Washington, who was ranked third at the time (Morgantown was ranked second). Everything went Morgantown's way against George Washington on Thursday as Morgantown made off with a 58-35 victory. The Mohigans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matches by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Preston had no problem doing just that on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Patriots 52-49. The victory was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Preston's win came from a few key players Morgantown will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Easton Hayes, who shot 60% from the field en route to 14 points along with eight boards and four blocks. Those four blocks gave him a new career-high. Aaron White was another key player, going 7-for-11 to rack up 14 points and six rebounds.

Morgantown is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points over those games. Preston's win bumped their record up to 12-10.

Everything came up roses for Morgantown against Preston when the teams last played back in February, as the squad secured an 81-37 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Morgantown since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
