Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Salem). They blew past the Timberlane Owls 90-59 on Tuesday. The Blue Devils haven't had any issues with the Owls recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Salem pushed their record up to 8-11 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.7 points over those games. As for Timberlane, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Looking ahead, Salem will face off against Portsmouth on March 5th. Portsmouth knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 contests -- so hopefully Salem likes a good challenge. Timberlane does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
