Volleyball Recap: Bloomington Comes Up Short

Bloomington lost against Firebaugh back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bruins fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 3-2. While the Bruins didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Falcons 25-20 in the first set.

Bloomington took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-20, 20-25, 25-15, 15-13.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Firebaugh, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-13.

As of now, neither Bloomington nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
