Several Grizzlies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Reed Olsen, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds. Collin Simmons had an outrageously good game for Dixie as he went 8-for-11 on his way to 20 points along with five rebounds and four blocks. The dominant performance gave Simmons a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Zed Webber, who had 12 points.

Logan's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Dixie, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.
