Thayer's victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points per game. As for Cedar Ridge, they moved to 9-1 with that defeat, which also ended their nine-game winning streak.
