Little Snake River's game on Saturday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They were the clear victor by a 72-49 margin over the Meeker Cowboys. The Rattlers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meeker's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rylee Sullivan, who went 11 of 22 en route to 24 points and six rebounds. That was a full 49% of Meeker's points, marking the sixth time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Addie Knowles, who put up ten points along with eight boards and five assists.

Little Snake River has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.2 points per game. As for Meeker, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.

Little Snake River will venture away from home to take on Manila at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Meeker, they will welcome Grand Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
