Football Recap: Bergen Tech Comes Up Short

Bergen Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 48-12 defeat at the hands of the Ridgefield Park Scarlets. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 35-2 to the Scarlets when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bergen Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Ridgefield Park, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bergen Tech will square off against rival Fair Lawn on the 17th. Meanwhile, Ridgefield Park is set to face off against their familiar foe Indian Hills at 6:30 p.m. on the 17th.
