Volleyball Recap: Sacramento Adventist Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cristo Rey on Monday, Sacramento Adventist came back down to earth. The Capitals lost 3-0 to the Faith Christian Lions on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-6, 25-13.

Sacramento Adventist's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Faith Christian, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sacramento Adventist is set to face off against their familiar foe Buckingham Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Faith Christian will take on rival John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
