Sinton entered their tilt with Robstown on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Cottonpickers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Pirates also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sinton was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14.

Sinton now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Robstown, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Coming up, Sinton will be playing at home against Cuero at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Robstown, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on San Diego at 4:30 p.m. on September 5.
