Basketball Game Preview: Prosser Falcons vs. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors

Having just played yesterday, the Prosser Falcons will jump right back in to play the KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Prosser is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Southwest DeKalb just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They were outmatched by the Panthers and fell 57-18. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 347th in Illinois, while the Panthers are ranked 28th in Georgia).

Meanwhile, KIPP Atlanta Collegiate had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They took down the Titans 67-51. While the Warriors didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Prosser now has a losing record at 3-4. As for KIPP Atlanta Collegiate, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3.
