Softball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Glenn's offense. They came up short against the Liberty Hill Panthers on Tuesday, falling 13-0. The loss continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost eight in a row.

Glenn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Vargas, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14-2. As for Liberty Hill, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Glenn will challenge rival Hays at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Liberty Hill is set to take on their familiar foe Lehman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
