Pine Grove's last matchup with Ripley could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Saturday. Pine Grove came up short against Ripley, falling 11-1. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Pine Grove saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Memory Mauney, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Pine Grove's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Ripley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-12.
