Volleyball Recap: Findlay Takes a Loss

Findlay lost against Northview back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16, 25-17.

Despite the loss, Findlay saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Anika Helms had 22 assists and one block. Helms is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

Findlay's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Northview, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 12-8 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Findlay will venture away from home to square off against Clay at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northview, they will head out to take on Defiance at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
