While Nottingham put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Notre Dame. The Northstars put the hurt on the Irish with a sharp 13-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Northstars sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Nottingham's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Notre Dame, they dropped their record down to 3-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Nottingham and Notre Dame could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings. The Northstars will face off against Northern Burlington at 3:45 a.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (190 vs. 4). Meanwhile, Notre Dame (ranked 266th) will meet Lawrence (ranked 43rd) at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
